We have had Clearview security install CrimSafe screen doors and window security over the past 4-5 years and recently extended that to have my mother-in-laws house done and my mothers too. The real test of their customer service occurred recently when one of the doors we had installed interfered with the glass door it sat in front of. Dreading the response I would get as all too often service is great until there is a problem, I was pleasantly surprised when the Manager, Phil, took a personal interest from the outset and worked to fix the problem for us. The installers are professional, careful and respectful of our home and as a testament to the quality of the service, product and installation, many of our neighbours visit our house to find out who we used.While Crimsafe itself is a great product, Clearview are the only people you want installing it!Thanks to everyone at Clearview for your great service and product.

Clearview security installed a security door at the front of our house last year, and we were extremely impressed with the excellent service and quality of the door. When our old sliding security door lock died, we didn’t hesitate to have Jessie back to measure up for a new door. We were unable to lock the old door, and I was quite anxious about leaving the house so vulnerable. The measure and quote was done two days after phoning them, and installed the following week, how’s that for great service! We also had a small doggie door put in, and I love that I can leave the glass sliding door safely open, and Harry can now have access outside. Thanks so much Clearview Security, we’re so happy with everything that your team has done.

I recently had Melvin and Phil from Clearview Security come to quote & install two Crimsafe doors to my front entry. Their prices were competitive and the service exceptional. Our doors were made to exact measurements and not just stock standard sizes (our doors were out slightly, so the crimsafe doors made to fit) and the level of care taken was impressive. I would highly recommend.

I am planning to install Crime safe security doors. I emailed them so many times with my floor plan and there is no reply yet. Very poor service..if i am going to get this type of service in the starting I don't know what will happen after installation.

From start to finish the experience has been fantastic. Quote from Ross, follow up by Ben, installation by Liam for most of it and the doors installed by Steven. Everyone was polite and happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. I asked for my front door to be powder coated in a blue - they went out of their way to make sure it was done to my liking. I feel secure and very happy with the caring & professional treatment they gave. Don't go past these people for security.

I had a fault with the locking system and it was rectified immediately with fantastic customer service both from Clearview and Doug the locksmith,also a thank you to the lock manufacturer who did not muck around and replaced it due to a fault. This door is a few years old so I did not think it would be covered but all the above have shown that they do stand behind their products.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could give 0 stars I would. Crimsafe is an absolute sham. The marketing ads showing criminals not being able to break in through force is completely misleading. Our house was broken into recently by simply kicking in our double Crimsafe doors. Police have also told us that the install from Clearview hadn’t made our property as secure as it possibly could have been. Clearview are closed at the moment but I’ll contact them first thing tomorrow, however, having spoken to other people around their experiences the company take zero responsibility around the misleading marketing of their product and offered zero discount on a reinstall. I’d be more inclined to invest in a good security alarm / camera system which police say are much more of a deterrent than the Crimsafe doors.

Form sent, email sent. follow-up phone call, appointment made resulted in appointment not booked on correct date, left me sitting here Admin trying to find my paperwork - advising that they had not received the form etc - yet the overarching company Crimsafe received it. Give this company a miss
